Posing with a dancer's grace

First time is a charm when drawing Maria at SVA in 2022. The drawings capture more of the wonderful posture that is clear is each seated pose, but is also present in the stanging pose. I was impressed and delighted to notice the pointed toes and the subtle placement of her hands.

Maria was a great muse for a restart in drawing post pandemic. After years of drawing I appreciate all experience levels of my models. I hope to add more drawings over the next several sessions.
